Why do I need to read the Bible?
To learn about Jesus. See what He taught and to learn how to follow His examples. Psalm 119:11 says, ” your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against YOU.” What is the Bible you ask? The Bible is the basic instructions before leaving earth. Although scripture was written over 2000 years ago it’s still very relevant for us today. It speaks to our current situations, provides wisdom and comfort as well as correction and why we should rejoice when it comes.
God uses scripture often in different situations, be it, encountering others or in our own daily lives. When we read scripture, we have His words of wisdom to pass on to those in need. we also have armor to apply to our own lives.

Hi, I thanks you for sharing your faith with us. We all need the reminder to read the bible. Although it is like a history book, some people hate it (which I do not understand). I have not read my bible for a while but I am going to put a reminder on my hand. Thanks
