Have you ever examined a beach ball in plastic wrap?
It is completely wrinkled and hardly recognizable to anyone unless you were the one who purchased it from the manufacturer. That ball serves no real purpose unless you remove the outer package, stretch it out, pop the little plug, and breathe it full of air until it is useable.
Like that squished-up vinyl in the bag, we too are unrecognizable until we agree to jump in the hands of our Creator and allow Him to breathe meaningful words into our spirit to serve His purpose.
Is it easy, no, in fact, it feels more like deflating a ball and trying to cram it back into the original package?
Our Loving Father said all things are possible with him through Christ Jesus. Combined with the faith of a mustard seed and free will, we too can be recognized in the sight of the Redeemer.
