My top 3

Daily writing prompt
What motivates you?

To answer this question as honest as I can I’d have to admit first off, my priorities are out of sorts because God should be at the top, but the truth is my motivation comes from my family then God and lastly my legacy. My children being affected in anyway good or bad motivates me in some way or another. The lack of Gods righteousness in some motivates me out of frustration because I believe something as simple as lacking morals is hurtful to innocent bystanders and my legacy I leave, to the ones who know me or future conversations of me, is important for reasons as followed. I pray future conversation includes these words, she fought for the underdogs of this word and the innocent and vulnerable. She always spoke of the righteousness and goodness of her heavenly Father and recognized she was far from perfect so her willingness to be understanding to the struggles of others eventually surfaced. I previously admitted I am not perfect, so I find at times, there’s a delay in the understanding of the struggles because I walk through the emotions produced from others hurtful acts but I eventually, most of the time, reach the goal of understanding. I am hopeful one day my order of priorities will change, and that I find the understanding over the emotion first.
